Despite her success in Bollywood, Veena explained that she left the industry by choice. “I chose to quit Bollywood on my own terms,” she said during the interview. “People assume that I left due to pressure, but I’m not someone who can be easily influenced or forced. My team constantly encouraged me to take up the offers that kept coming, but I was resolute in my decision.”

Veena added that even today, she still receives Bollywood project offers, a testament to her popularity across the border. However, she remains steadfast in her decision. “My inbox is still filled with offers from Bollywood. They were great projects, and my team urged me to return, but I have no regrets,” she shared.
