Pakistani actress and model Saheefa Jabbar Khattak has delivered a lighthearted warning to actor and host Ahmad Ali Butt after a question on his digital show brought her personal and business experiences into the spotlight.
The exchange followed the circulation of a clip from Excuse Me with Ahmad Ali Butt on social media. During the conversation, a question involving Saheefa and food creator Jawad prompted the actress to explain her side of the story.
Rather than avoiding the topic, Saheefa used the opportunity to speak positively about Jawad and recall the support he provided during a challenging period for her food business.
According to Saheefa, Jawad came forward to support her business at a time when she was encouraging people to visit and support the brand. She recalled that he showed up even though she had not personally invited him.
Saheefa said Jawad was also straightforward about the issues he noticed. Instead of simply praising the business, he encouraged her to try food from other establishments so she could better understand where her own brand needed improvement.
The actress acknowledged that there were areas requiring attention and said Jawad’s honest feedback helped her identify some of those shortcomings.
She further recalled that his support continued when the business went through a relaunch. After addressing the problems that had been highlighted, Saheefa said she personally invited Jawad to return and taste the food again.
For Saheefa, the experience was a reminder of the value of constructive criticism, particularly when it comes from someone who genuinely wants to see a business improve.
She also used the conversation to clarify questions surrounding the ownership of Roni’s, emphasizing that the restaurant is a family-owned business.
Saheefa explained that she and her younger brother, Wazeer Khan Khattak, are the owners. She said Wazeer serves as the acting CEO, while their father handles the role of CFO and she works as the CMO.
The actress also asked people not to link the ownership of Roni’s to anyone outside the family. She stressed that the restaurant belongs to her family and will continue to operate as a family business.
Toward the end of her message, Saheefa turned her attention back to Ahmad Ali Butt with a playful remark.
While acknowledging the affection and appreciation Butt has shown her throughout her journey, she jokingly asked him to avoid putting her in uncomfortable situations through what she described as “twisted” and controversial questions.
“Butt bhai, aap baaz aa jayein,” she told the host in a lighthearted tone, adding that she is still young and continuing to learn.
