Zartasha Kashif’s Father Appeals for Justice Amid Online Trolls

The father of six-year-old Pakistani child influencer Zartasha Kashif, popularly known as Tashu, has publicly appealed for action against online harassment targeting his daughter. In a heartfelt statement, he expressed distress over the abusive language and trolling directed at Zartasha, emphasizing that no child should face such cruelty.

He directly appealed to top leaders, including the Maryam Nawaz, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the respected Field Marshal, and the Chief Justice of Pakistan, urging them to take immediate notice. “We humbly request that those responsible be identified and strict legal action be taken so no other child has to endure such trauma,” he stated.

“This is not just about our daughter, it is about the safety and dignity of every child in Pakistan,” he added, highlighting the broader concern of protecting minors from online abuse.

Zartasha rose to fame through social media appearances, brand campaigns, podcasts, and her participation in the Ramadan special Shan e Ramazan. Clips showcasing her candid expressions quickly went viral, attracting both admiration and criticism. Some viewers questioned her exaggerated reactions, while others accused her parents of exploiting her for online content or political statements. Influencer Maheen Anwari voiced concerns about the potential misuse of child influencers for views.

Zartasha’s father firmly rejected these allegations, affirming that she has always shown patriotism and has not been involved in inappropriate content. He warned that legal action would be taken against anyone targeting her online.

The controversy has reignited discussions about children’s safety on social media, the responsibility of parents in protecting minors, and the need for stricter enforcement against online abuse. The family’s appeal underscores the importance of accountability and safeguarding children in digital spaces.
